Shipping Policy

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• Shipping Times:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • U.S.: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (may vary by location)

Please note that shipping delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs for international orders.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

• To start a return: Email us at yourwellnessmother@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and 20% restocking fee.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund (minus shipping and restocking) will be issued to your original payment method.

Due to the nature of our wellness and personal care products, we cannot accept returns on used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
